摘　　要：完全经肛直肠阴道瘘修补术(TTRFR)是通过经肛内镜显微手术(TEM),用直肠黏膜推进瓣修补中低位直肠阴道瘘的手术方式。这种手术方式视野清晰,解剖精准,同时有腹部无切口,肛门括约肌无损伤、恢复快的优点对患者愈后获益良多。Totally transanal rectovaginal fistula repair (TTRFR) is an approach to repair the midlow rectovaginal fistula by using rectal mucosal advancing flap with the transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEM). The advantages of this method include great visibility and precise anatomy. Meanwhile, no incisions in abdomens and no injuries to the anal sphincters can also benefit a lot to the prognosis of patients.
