摘 要:在高压空气干燥中,变压吸附由于焦耳-汤姆逊效应干燥效果较差,同时再生气能耗高;变温吸附存在投资较大,能耗较高等缺点。为克服变温吸附和变压吸附的缺点,充分利用二者的优点,同时考虑到干燥装置能耗与压缩机能耗的比例,本文选择变温吸附和变压吸附组合应用的方式,试验结果表明,该方式干燥效果好、技术经济综合指标高,达到了高效、节能降耗的目的。In the high-pressure air dryer,due to the poorer drying effect of the Joule-Thomson effect and high energy consumption of gas regeneration,the pressure swing adsorption has the shortcomings of big investment in temperature swing adsorption and higher energy consumption.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the temperature swing adsorption and the pressure swing adsorption,by making full use of their advantages and taking into account the proportion of energy consumption of the dryer to that of the compressor,this paper selected the way of combination design of temperature swing adsorption and pressure swing adsorption.The experimental results show that the drying effect was good,and the technical and economic indicators were high, achieving the purpose of high efficiency and energy conservation and consumption reduction.
