摘 要:以某离心压缩机为研究对象,通过改变长叶片扩压器的叶片数和叶片弦长2种方式对叶片稠度进行改变,利用数值模拟方法,以最大效率和稳定工作范围为判断依据,结合特性曲线,针对长叶片扩压器稠度的变化范围,分析了长叶片稠度的改变对离心压缩机气动性能的影响。得出如下结论:针对长叶片扩压器,不同于传统对扩压器最优稠度的选择,扩压器的稠度值在1.203 3附近时离心压缩机能达到较高的等熵效率和压比,同时具有较宽的稳定工作范围。With a centrifugal compressor as the research object,the influence of change in the long blade solidity on the aerodynamic performance of the centrifugal compressor was analyzed with respect to the variation range of the solidity of the long blade by changing the number of blades and chord length of the blade to change the blade solidity by numerical simulation method and by using the maximum efficiency and stable operating range as the judgment basis and in combination with the characteristic curve. It was concluded that the centrifugal compressor can achieve a higher isentropic efficiency and compression ratio and has a wider stable operating range when the solidity of the long blade diffuser was around 1.203 3,which is different from the selection of traditional optimum solidity of the diffuser.
