摘 要:介绍了核电厂主泵流体静压轴封组件和流体动压轴封组件的结构特点及工作原理,基于不同类型应急轴封注入水系统的设计方案和运行特性,分析了轴封应急注入水系统设计方案对不同类型轴封组件的适应性。结果表明,内置热交换器应急注入水系统设计方案适用于不同类型的流体动压轴封组件和流体静压轴封组件,外置高压冷却器应急注入水系统设计方案适用于流体动压轴封组件和设置有能动式停车密封的流体静压轴封组件。The structure characteristics and working principle of the combination of the hydrostatic shaft seal and hydrodynamic shaft seal of the reactor coolant pump for nuclear power plants were introduced. Based on the design scheme and operating characteristics of different types of emergency injection water system for the shaft seal,the adaptability of the emergency injection water system for different types of shaft seals was analyzed. The results show that the emergency injection water system with built-in heat-exchanger in the RCP pump adapts to different type of hydrodynamic shaft seal and hydrostatic shaft seal,and the emergency injection water system with the heat-exchanger mounted outside of RCP pump adapts to the hydrodynamic shaft seal and the hydrostatic shaft seal provided with active stand still seal.
