摘 要:利用熔融共混法将复合抗菌剂与玻纤增强聚丙烯(PP)共混制得了高性能抗菌增强PP材料。研究了复合抗菌剂VP101KJ以及挤出工艺对材料的抗菌性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,复合抗菌剂VP101KJ具有较好的抗菌效果,当其用量为0.4%时,材料的抗菌率大于99%。在优选的挤出工艺条件下,增强PP材料的抗菌率达到99.6%,拉伸强度达到82.9MPa,弯曲强度达到96.7MPa,缺口冲击强度达到15.3kJ/m^2。该高性能抗菌增强PP材料已在日本某汽车品牌空调风扇叶上得到应用。The antibacterial glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) plastics were prepared by blending technique with melt- ing extrusion. The effect of inorganic-organic antibacterial agent on antibacterial property and mechanical property of the glass fiber reinforced PP was investigated. The results show that when the mass ratio of the inorganic-organic antibacterial agent reaches 0.4%, the antibacterial rate of glass fiber reinforced PP plastic reaches more than 99%. Under the optimum extrusion conditions, the anti- bacterial rate of the reinforced PP material reaches 99.6%, the tensile strength reaches 82.9 MPa, the flexural strength reaches 96.7 MPa, and the notched impact strength reaches 15.3 kJ/m2. The antimicrobial glass fiber reinforced PP has been applied to the fan blades of an Japanese automobile brand.
