摘 要:聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯(PP/PS)为两相不相容体系,采用嵌段共聚物,包括苯乙烯–丁二烯–苯乙烯(SBS)、苯乙烯–乙烯/丁烯–苯乙烯(SEBS)、苯乙烯–乙烯/丙烯二嵌段共聚物(SEP)与苯乙烯–乙烯/丙烯–苯乙烯(SEPS),以及接枝聚合物,包括聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)与聚丙烯接枝聚苯乙烯(PP-g-PS)等不同类型增容剂改善PP/PS合金的相容性。通过力学性能测试、收缩率测试与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征等手段研究了PS的含量、增容剂种类及含量对PP/PS合金相形态及力学性能的影响。结果表明,增容剂的引入可有效降低分散相的尺寸,改善界面相容性,提高合金的冲击韧性。SEP具有最佳的增容作用。Polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) were immiscible,the dependence of phase morphology of PP/PS composite on various compatilizers were studied,including block copolymers,such as styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS), styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene copolymer (SEBS),styrene-ethylene/propylene diblock copolymer (SEP) and styrene-ethylene /propylene-styrene copolymer (SEPS),and grafted copolymers,such as maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) and polypropylene-graft-polystyrene (PP-g-PS). The effects of PS content,compatilizers and their concentrations on the phase morphology and physical properties were investigated by means of mechanical test,mold shrinkage test and scanning electron microscope (SEM),it showes that the introduction of compatilizers can decrease the average sizes of dispersed phase dramatically,strengthen the interfacial adhesion between phases,and improve the toughness of alloys. The compatibilizing effect of SEP is most noticeable.
