摘 要:采用熔融挤出共混的方法制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/聚碳酸酯/溴化聚苯乙烯(PET/PC/BPS)阻燃共混物。利用极限氧指数(LOI)测定仪,热重–红外联用分析仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对共混物的阻燃性能、热稳定性和炭层形貌进行了表征。结果表明,当BPS的含量从0逐渐增加至7.5份时,LOI从21%逐步增加到26%,阻燃等级也从UL94 V–2级逐步上升到V–0级。热重–红外联用与SEM结果表明,BPS的加入会促使基体瞬间放出大量CO2,起到了较好的气相阻燃作用。Polyethylene terephthalate/polycarbonate/brominated polystyrene flame retardant blend (PET/PC/BPS) was prepared by melt extrusion. The flame retardancy,thermal stability and carbon layer morphology of the blends were characterized by limiting oxygen index analyzer,thermogravimetry-infrared combined analyzer and scanning electron microscope,respectively. The results show that the limiting oxygen index and the flame retardant rating are gradually increased from 21% to 26% and from the UL 94 V–2 level to the V–0 level,respectively,when the BPS loading level is increased from 0 to 7.5 Phr. The results of thermogravimetr- Infrared combined analysis and scanning electron microscopy show that the addition of BPS will promote the matrix to release a large amount of carbon dioxide,which endows the blends with a good flame retardant effect.
