摘  要:针对打印机内三角支盖注塑件的结构特点,选用丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)作为加工材料。根据使用性能要求和工艺技术特点,对内三角支盖整个结构的特征和成型过程做了深入剖析,并且设计斜导柱侧滑块抽芯机构和斜顶抽芯结构。采用UG对塑料零件结构进行分析,并且针对打印机的成型零件、浇注系统、侧抽芯机构、斜顶抽芯机构和脱模机构进行设计。在整体上使模具结构的可靠性、合理性和实用性得到保证,模具投产后,生产的塑料件的合格率达到了98%,符合客户的要求。According to the structural characteristics of the injection molded parts of the inner triangular branch cover of the printer,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) was selected as the processing material. According to the requirements of application and technical characteristics,the characteristics of the whole structure of the inner triangle support cover and the forming process were analyzed,and the core pulling mechanism of the sliding block of the inclined guide column and the core pulling structure of the inclined top were designed. The structure of plastic parts was analyzed by using UG,and the design was made for the forming parts,casting system,side core-pulling mechanism,inclined top core-pulling mechanism and stripper mechanism of the printer. On the whole,the reliability,rationality and practicability of the mold structure are guaranteed. After the mold is put into production,the yield of plastic parts reaches 98%,meeting the requirements of customer.
