基于标准指标库的塑料注塑机产品标准指标比对分析

摘　　要：对塑料机械相关标准进行了整理、指标提取以及指标内容归一化处理后,建立了塑料机械的标准指标库。选取塑料机械中的典型产品——塑料注塑机的相关国家标准、行业标准、团体标准和企业标准,进行标准指标的横向比较分析,得出我国目前塑料注塑机领域的标准指标异同,并对今后塑料注塑机产品标准的发展和完善提出了改进建议。The standard index library of plastic machinery was established by sorting out,extracting and normalizing the rel- evant standards of plastic machinery. The plastic injection moulding machine,which was a typical product of plastic machines was pick out. The horizontal comparative analysis of the relevant national standards,industry standards,group standards and enterprise standards of plastic injection moulding machine were carried out. The similarities and differences of the standard indexes in the field of plastic injection moulding machine in our country were obtained,and the improvement suggestions for the development and per- fection of the product standards of plastic injection moulding machine in the future were put forward.
