有色阻燃剂四硅笼氧基对苯醌的合成及应用

摘  要:以四氯对苯醌与甲基硅酸季戊四醇酯醇钠为主要原料,合成了一种有色阻燃剂四硅笼氧基对苯醌,即四-1-甲基-1-硅杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]辛烷基-4-甲氧基对苯醌(FMSTOMB)。最佳工艺条件为:甲基硅酸季戊四醇酯与等物质的量的钠珠在100℃下反应8h,制得甲基硅酸季戊四醇酯钠盐,再控制四氯对苯醌与甲基硅酸季戊四醇酯钠盐的物质的量之比为1∶4.8,升温至120℃反应12h,收率为92.0%。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振、热重分析、极限氧指数等技术表征了产物的结构及性能。结果表明,该产物单独使用或与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐复配,对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚丙烯都有很好的阻燃效果,同时赋予材料紫棕色的色彩。Tetra-1-methyl-1-silan-2,6,7-trioxabicyclo[2,2,2] octyl-4-methoxy-p-benzoquinone was synthesized by using tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone and sodium pentaerythritol methylsilicate as raw materials. The optimal conditions were selected as follows :firstly,pentaerythritol methyl silicate was added at ratio of mass to mass of 1∶1 to sodium beads,and reacted at 100℃ for 8 h. Finally,the molar ratio of tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone to sodium pentaerythritol methylsilicate was controlled at1∶4.8 and reacted for 12 h at 120 ℃. The yield of product was 92.0%. The structure and properties of product were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR and TG and limiting oxygen index. The results show that the product both has good flame retardancy in the application of poly(1,4-butylene tere-phthalate) and polypropylene when used alone or combined with melamine pyrophosphate. At the same time, the material is given the color of purple brown.
