摘  要:使用棉花秸秆碎料、沙漠沙及石膏制备适于制作梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)防护管件的复合材料;通过正交试验考察了复合材料中各材料质量分数、水灰比等因素对复合材料强度的影响;通过稳态法中的平板法、野外实地试验法开展了复合材料防护管件防护性能研究。测试表明,各因素对复合材料抗压强度的影响按重要性排序:石膏掺量>水灰比>棉花秸秆掺量;各因素对复合材料抗折强度的影响按重要性排序:石膏掺量>棉花秸秆掺量>水灰比;综合考虑选择配合比:棉花秸秆掺量3%、石膏50%、沙子47%、水灰比0.5的复合材料来制作内管径7 cm左右、防护管件壁厚1 cm、四边形防护管件较为合适。测试表明,石膏基棉杆复合材料防护管内最高温度为32℃,比沙漠地表最高温度低约30℃,管件防护效果优良。The present project makes use of cotton-stalk fragments, desert sand and gypsum to manufacture composite materials which will be suitable for Haloxylon ammodendron protection pipes.Orthogonal tests were employed to investigate the impact on the strength of material from multiple factors,such as ratios of material and water-cement. Through the flat plate approach in the steady state method and the field test method, the research on the protective performance of composite pipes was carried out. The experiment results showed that the influence of various factors on the compressive strength of composite materials was ordered by importance:gypsum content>water-cement ratio>cotton stalk content;Furthermore,factors influencing the flexural strength of the composite material, ordered by importance,were:gypsum content>cotton stalk content>water-cement ratio.Considering the percentage of the composite materials, our results proved that protection properties of composite pipes from gypsum-based cotton stalk were superior to those from other materials. We recommended a formula with 3% of cotton-stalk fragments,50% of gypsum and 47% of sand,and a water-cement ratio of 0.5 for quadrilateral composite pipes with an inner diameter of 7 cm and a wall thickness of 1 cm. The test results showed that the highest temperature of composite pipes from gypsum-based cotton stalk was 32 ℃,which was about 30 ℃ lower than the desert surface temperature and the protective effect of pipe fittings was excellent.
