摘 要:针对吉林油田黑79区块CO_2气窜的问题,提出用CO_2泡沫封堵气窜。利用高温高压泡沫工作液性能测试装置评价CO_2泡沫体系的性能,探讨温度、矿化度和含油饱和度对CO_2泡沫体系性能的影响;通过分流实验,研究CO_2泡沫改善剖面的情况。结果表明:随着温度的升高,CO_2泡沫半衰期和综合指数先上升后下降;随着矿化度的增加,半衰期和综合指数先增大后减小,矿化度对泡沫高度影响较小;随着含油饱和度的增加,泡沫高度、半衰期和综合指数均减小;泡沫可以有效启动低渗填砂管,低渗填砂管提高采收率幅度优于高渗填砂管。该项研究为吉林油田黑79区块控制气窜提供了参考依据,有助于进一步完善泡沫体系控制气窜理论。Aiming at the problem of CO2 gas channeling in Hei 79 Block in Jilin Oilfield,the CO2 foam plugging technology was proposed.Using the high-temperature and high-pressure foam working fluid performance test device,the performance of the foam system was evaluated from the prospects of temperature,salinity and oil content.The effect of CO2 foam on profile improvement was studied by parallel core experiment.The experimental results show that the half-life and comprehensive index increase first and then decrease with the increase of temperature.The half-life and the comprehensive index increase first and then decrease with the increase of salinity.The salinity has little effect on the height of foam.With the increase of oil saturation,the foam height,half-life and comprehensive index decrease.According to the foam diversion experiment,the foam can effectively start the low permeability sand filling tube,and the low permeability sand filling tube has a higher recovery rate than that of the high permeability sand filling tube.This study can provide reference for controlling gas channeling in Hei 79 Block in Jilin Oilfield,and further improve the theory of controlling gas channeling in foam system.
