历史风貌保护策略探讨——以营口辽河西大街为例

摘　　要：中国目前正处在快速城市化时期,千城一面现象日益严重。每座城市的发展都应该有自己的定位和特色。基于这一背景,探讨如何保护东北地区最早开埠的街区——辽河西大街的历史风貌;提出百年商埠空间特色的保护策略,即空间格局的整体性保护和空间品质的原真性保护;处理好保护与发展之间的矛盾,明确提出保护是为了更好地发展。China is now in the rapid development of urbanization period, the phenomenon that "thousands of cities are the same" is intensifying. Every city should have its own orientation and characteristics in its development. Based on such background, this article discusses how to protect the historical features of Liaohe West Street: the earliest port-opening block in Northeast China. The author puts forward the concrete protection strategy that are the overall protection of spatial pattern and the authenticity protection of spatial quality. Dealing with the contradiction between protection and development, the author clearly points out that protection is for better development.
