摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯为原料,采用悬浮聚合工艺,合成得到了固体羟基丙烯酸共聚树脂.研究工作探讨了单体选择、引发剂种类及用量、悬浮剂种类及用量、油水比及反应温度等因素对聚合反应、树脂状态及分子量的影响.采用红外光谱对树脂的组成结构进行了表征及分析,采用凝胶渗透色谱与动态热机械分析检测对树脂的分子量及分布、玻璃化温度等进行了表征.The solid hydroxyl acrylic resin was synthesized by methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,lauryl acrylate and 2-Hydroxyethyl acrylate as raw materials and by suspension polymerization.Effects on polymerization process,particle size and molecular weight of acrylic resin were revealed including monomers proportions,initiator types,dispersing agents,rate between monomers and water and reaction temperature.The structure of the resin was analyzed by IR,and the molecular weight and its distribution and the glass-transition temperature of the resin were examined by GPC and DMA.
