摘  要:X射线光子关联谱技术(X-ray Photon Correlation Spectroscopy,XPCS)是一种利用相干X光散射的二次相干,研究凝聚态物质在小尺度范围弛豫动力学的新技术,对入射光的相干性有较高要求。上海同步辐射光源BL08U干涉光刻分支线站(X-ray Interference Lithograph,XIL)采用椭圆偏振波荡器作为光源,具有很好的相干性,光子通量高,适合铁电体、磁性材料中介观尺度电极性或磁性微区的动力学研究。由此设计一套基于软X射线的光子关联谱装置,采用软X射线为入射相干光,对二次相干光采集、转换、放大处理之后进行自相关运算。该装置测量的样品周期尺度范围为10~60 nm。该装置的研制设计为更好地分析材料动力学信息提供了一种技术途径,是硬X射线的有效补充。[Background] X-ray photon correlation spectroscopy (XPCS) is a new technique for studying the smallscale relaxation dynamics of condensed matter by using the second order coherence of coherent X-ray scattering. It requires high coherence of incident light. The X-ray interference lithograph (XIL) beamline (BL08U) of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) uses elliptical polarization oscillator as light source, which has good coherence and high photon flux. It is suitable for the dynamics study of mesoscopic scale electrodes or magnetic micro-regions in ferroelectric and magnetic materials.[Purpose] This study aims to design a set of photon correlation spectroscopy equipment based on soft X-ray.[Methods] Soft X-ray from XIL of SSRF is used as coherent incident beam, and the secondary coherent light is collected, converted and amplified to perform autocorrelation operation. The effects of incident light energy and scattering angle on the scattering vector and period size of sample are discussed.[Results] When the spectral range is 90.5~93 eV and the hole diameter is 1 mm, the periodic scales of samples at different positions are 10~60 nm. The second-order correlation intensity function of detector arc region is deduced by using Gauss model, and it is used as a function of detection area, photon energy and time. The multiplicative noise of autocorrelation is suppressed by multilayer film polarization extinction.[Conclusion] The development of this device provides a technical approach for better analysis of material dynamics information, and is of great significance.
