摘  要:超导腔失效补偿问题是中国加速器驱动次临界系统(China Accelerator Driven Sub-critical system,CADS)超导强流质子加速器研究的重点,直接影响质子束流的稳定性。本文针对此问题,基于C-ADS注入器Ⅰ实验平台,采用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)、嵌入式Linux系统和实验物理与工业控制系统(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System,EPICS)进行了实验研究。完成了PLC内部的数据查找、PLC与注入器Ⅰ控制系统之间的通讯以及失效补偿各阶段时间长度的计算和验证。本实验实现了对超导腔失效问题的快速探知以及对其它腔的自动补偿操作,为今后的实际应用奠定了基础。[Background] The failure compensation of superconducting cavity directly affects the stability of the proton beam, which is the focus of the study on accelerator-driven superconducting proton accelerator (C-ADS).[Purpose] This study aims to design and implement an experimental platform to explore the results of the failure compensation of superconducting cavity.[Methods] Based on experimental physics and industrial control system (EPICS) with embedded Linux system, programmable logic controller (PLC) was employed as the input / output controller (IOC) to communicate with the low level radio frequency (LLRF) of the cavity via the network of EPICS to obtain experimental results.[Results] Simulated failure data was quickly searched in IOC database, and the calculation of the time length of failure compensation at each stage was verified.[Conclusions] This experiment realized the rapid detection of failure of superconducting cavity and the automatic compensation operation of other cavities, which laid the foundation for practical application in future.
