子午流注纳甲法配合辨证针刺对青年原发性高血压昼夜节律的影响

摘　　要：目的观察子午流注纳甲法配合辨证针刺对青年原发性高血压昼夜节律影响的临床疗效。方法将72例青年原发性高血压患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(采用子午流注纳甲法配合辨证针刺治疗)及对照组(采用常规针刺治疗),每组36例。观察治疗后两组患者血压昼夜节律的调整情况。结果两组患者治疗后,观察组各项血压值(24hSBP、24hDBP、dSBP、dDBP、nSBP、nDBP)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血压昼夜节律转变为杓型血压有31例(86.1%),显著高于对照组23例(63.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注纳甲法配合辨证针刺能显著调节青年原发性高血压患者的昼夜节律,其疗效优于常规针刺,且患者易于接受。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zi Wu Liu Zhu Na Jia (midnight-noon ebb-flow method) plus syndrome differentiation-based acupuncture in intervening the circadian rhythms blood pressure in young adults with essential hypertension. Method Seventy-two young adults with essential hypertension were randomized by the random number table into an observation group (intervened by Zi Wu Liu Zhu Na Jia plus syndrome differentiation-based acupuncture) and a control group (treated with conventional acupuncture method), with 36 cases in each group. The changes in the circadian rhythms of blood pressure in the two groups of patients were observed. Result After the intervention, the blood pressure readings [24 h systolic blood pressure (24 h SBP), 24 h diastolic blood pressure (24 h DBP), diurnal systolic blood pressure (d SBP), diurnal diastolic blood pressure (d DBP), nocturnal systolic blood pressure (n SBP) and nocturnal diastolic blood pressure (n DBP)] dropped more significantly in the observation group compared with those in the control group (P<0.05);31 cases in the observation group (86.1%) had their circadian rhythm of blood pressure changed into a dipper form, higher than that in the control group (23 cases, 63.9%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Zi Wu Liu Zhu Na Jia plus syndrome differentiation-based acupuncture can significantly regulate the circadian rhythms of the blood pressure in young adults with essential hypertension. It can produce a better efficacy than conventional acupuncture and can be well acceptable by the patients.
