摘　　要：目的详细阐述超声在针灸临床及实验中的研究进展与前景。方法查阅PubMed、CNKI、SinoMed、维普等相关数据库,查找超声应用于针灸临床和实验研究的相关文献,对资料进行筛选,排除了重复文献等不符合标准的研究。结果与结论共纳入53篇符合标准的参考文献,包括中文参考文献44篇,英文参考文献9篇。经过文献学习总结得出,超声未来可能会更多地用于评价针灸的治疗效果,并且能够有效地辅助针灸治疗多种疾病且不良反应较小,超声应用于动物实验中也有较多研究价值。超声融合经络学说和针灸理论,不仅可以发挥超声独有的优势,还可以扩大针灸的治疗范围,提高针灸的治疗效果。Objective This article expounds research advances in and prospects for ultrasound in clinical and experimental acupuncture. Method Databases PubMed, CNKI, SinoMed and Vip were searched for literature related to the application of medical ultrasound to studies on clinical and experimental acupuncture. The data were sifted through to exclude repeated research literature which did not meet the criteria. Result and Conclusion A total of 53 pieces of reference literature meeting the criteria were included with 44 pieces of Chinese reference literature and 9 pieces of English reference literature. The study and summarization of the literature show that ultrasound will be possibly more used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and able to effectively assist acupuncture to treat many kinds of diseases with less adverse reactions and the application of ultrasound to animal experiments also has greater research value. The combination of ultrasound with meridian doctrine and acupuncture theory can not only give play to the unique advantages of ultrasound but also extend the range of acupuncture treatment and improve the therapeutic effect of acupuncture.
