摘 要:激光技术作为一种高能物理加工手段,具有加热速度快、热量集中以及可操作性强等优势,在塑料加工成型领域被广泛应用。本文总结了激光技术在传统塑料焊接机切割中的应用进展,并综述了激光技术在塑料加工新原理、新方法及新装备中的应用。特别分析了激光技术,在提升塑料加工效率、加工质量以及独特加工场合等的先进性。未来进一步强化激光技术和塑料加工技术参数耦合,有望实现更多的塑料加工新途径,实现更多的工业化塑料加工新产业。Laser technology,as a means of high energy physical processing,has the advantages of fast heating speed,heat concentration and strong operability,and has been widely used in the field of plastic processing and molding.This paper summarizes the application progress of laser technology in the cutting of traditional plastic welding machine,and summarizes the application of laser technology in the new principle,new method and new equipment of plastic processing.In this paper,the advancement of laser technology in improving plastics processing efficiency,processing quality and unique processing occasions is particularly analyzed.In the future,the coupling of laser technology and plastic processing parameters will be further strengthened,and more new ways of plastic processing will be realized,and more new industries of industrial plastic processing will be realized.
