摘 要:目的探讨豚鼠圆窗EABR、EMLR与ELLR特征,并分析相关刺激和记录参数。方法选取健康豚鼠6只(12耳),10%水合氯醛麻醉后开放听泡,刺激电极正极置于圆窗龛,刺激电极负极置于同侧乳突皮下,记录电极置于两外耳道口连线与颅正中线交叉处皮下,参考电极置于对侧乳突皮下,地极置于鼻尖皮下,在电刺激条件下通过体表电极记录EABR、EMLR与ELLR波形。结果豚鼠12耳均记录到分化良好且稳定的以III波为主的EABR波形,阈值为0.27±0.05mA,Ⅲ波潜伏期为1.95±0.29ms;7耳记录到EMLR波形,阈值为0.29±0.03mA,Na波潜伏期为6.40±0.44ms,Pa波潜伏期为13.00±1.80ms,Nb波潜伏期为25.23±4.72ms,Pb波潜伏期为38.05±5.32ms;7耳记录到ELLR波形,阈值为0.34±0.10mA,P1波潜伏期为82.96±17.61ms,N1波潜伏期为142.86±21.81ms,P2波潜伏期为202.71±20.83ms,N2波潜伏期为293.75±21.43ms。结论全麻下豚鼠圆窗EABR、EMLR与ELLR可以稳定地记录到,为EABR、EMLR、ELLR的临床应用奠定基础。Objective To report characteristics of round window stimulation EABRs, EMLRs and ELLRs in guinea pigs and recorded parameters. Methods Six healthy guinea pigs (12 ears) were used. The otic vesicle was opened after anesthesia with 10% chloral hydrate. The anodal stimulating electrode was placed at the round window, and the cathodal stimulating electrode under the ipsilateral mastoid skin. The recording electrode was placed subcutaneously at the intersection of the external auditory meatus plane and the skull mid-line, the reference electrode under the skin of contralateral mastoid and the ground electrode at the nasal tip. Results Well-differentiated EABR wave III was consistently recorded from all 12 ears with an average threshold of 0.27±0.05 mA and a latency of 1.95±0.29 ms. EMLR waveforms were recorded in 7 ears with an average threshold of 0.29±0.03 mA, Na wave latency of 6.40±0.44 ms, Pa latency of 13.00±1.80 ms, Nb latency of 25.23±4.72 ms and Pb latency of 38.05±5.32 ms. ELLR waveforms were also recorded in 7 ears with an average threshold of 0.34 ± 0.10 mA, P1 wave latency of 82.96 ± 17.61 ms, N1 latency of 142.86±21.81 ms, P2 latency of 202.71±20.83ms and N2 latency of 293.75±21.43 ms. Conclusion Round window stimulation EABRs, EMLRs and ELLRs can be consistently recorded in guinea pigs under general anesthesia. These findings lay a foundation for future clinical application of EABRs, EMLRs and ELLRs.
