摘 要:感音神经性耳聋和前庭功能障碍是耳科临床的常见疾病,对患者生活质量具有明显影响。在部分重度听力损失和/或前庭功能障碍的组织标本中,损伤的内耳感觉上皮会出现极度退化,并被替代为一层缺乏分化特点的扁平上皮细胞。目前关于扁平上皮形成的病理特点、形成机制及干预的研究仍较缺乏,针对内耳扁平上皮相关的深入研究对于临床防治重度听力损失和前庭功能障碍具有重要指导意义。本文将对内耳重度损伤后扁平上皮的特点、形成机制和干预策略作一综述。Sensorineural hearing loss and vestibular dysfunction are common conditions in the clinic and result in distinct influence on quality of life. The inner ear sensory epithelium shows extreme degeneration and is replaced by simple flat epithelium in profound hearing loss and/or vestibular dysfunction. The flat epithelium has not been well characterized, although some researchers have reported appearance of flat epithelium after severe inner ear damage. Further investigations into the flat epithelium are of great significance for the development of therapies for profound hearing loss and vestibular dysfunction. This review provides an overview on the characteristics, formation mechanisms and potential intervention options of the flat epithelium in the mammalian inner ear.
