摘　　要：突发性聋是耳鼻咽喉科常见疾病之一,其临床表现为听力下降、耳鸣、眩晕、平衡障碍等,研究发现,30%的突发性聋患者并发眩晕,其中一部分眩晕为BPPV,目前对突发性聋伴发BPPV的报道和研究日益增多,其诊断及治疗愈加明确,然而针对其病因、发病机制、临床特点及预后等方面的研究尚存在争议。本研究通过总结前人研究成果,将突发性聋并发BPPV的研究现状作如下综述。Sudden deafness is one of the common diseases, clinically manifested with hearing loss, tinnitus and often balance disturbances in otolaryngology practice. It is reported that 30 percent of patients with sudden deafness may develop vertigo, some of which is BPPV. Currently there is increased research on sudden deafness with BBPV, although its etiology, pathogenesis, clinical features and prognosis remain controversial. Current research on sudden deafness complicated with BPPV is summarized in this review.
