摘  要:研究了在p H=2的Na2SO4-Na HSO4体系中,微量铁离子催化碘酸钾氧化酸性铬蓝K褪色反应。在525 nm波长处,控制适当实验条件,指示反应速度指示值log(A0/At)与铁离子的浓度成正比,据此建立了测定痕量铁的新催化动力学光度法,实现了铁离子的催化动力学分析法测定。此方法对人发中铁的测定,相对标准偏差3. 5%(n=5),回收率为96. 2%,结果令人满意。In the pH=2 system of Na 2SO 4-NaHSO 4 solution,Fe^3+catalysises potassium iodate oxidation acidic chromium blue K fading reaction was studied.At 525 nm wavelength,controlling the optimum condition,the value log(A 0/A t)of indicating reaction speed was directly proportion with the concentration of the Fe^3+.The catalysis dynamics spectrophotometric determination of Fe^3+was realized.Maximum relative error of the training groups was 3.3%.The presentative method was successfully applied to the determination iron of people s hair.The relative standard deviation was 3.5%(n=5),recovery was 96.2%.The satisfactory result was obtained.
