摘  要:针对现有气吸振动式精密播种装置的结构复杂、合格率低、伤种严重等问题,结合气吸振动原理及连续输送传动方法研究一种旋转输送气吸振动式精密播种装置,设计种盒装置、称重装置、种盘装置、吸种装置、落种装置等关键部件,通过种盒装置中的电磁开关和网孔板实现种子定量排出和杂质分离,称重装置内设有称重传感器,通过控制单元与种盒装置配合,实现精量均匀加种,种盘装置可做二自由度振动,使得种盘内种群实现"沸腾"运动,便于吸种装置对种子的精密吸附,落种装置可实现精准排种。本播种装置可用于超级稻种子的精密播种,测算工作效率可达到309盘/h以上。Aiming at the problems of complex structure,low qualified rate and serious injury of the existing the vacuum-vibration precision seeding device,according to the principle of vacuum-vibration and continuous transportation,studying the rotary conveying vacuum-vibration precision seeding device critical components of box device,weighing device,seed plate *device suck device? seed dropping device,etc were designed.Seeds and impurities in the seeds were quantitative discharged from mesh plate and electromagnetic switch in box device? there are weighing sensor in weighing device,combining the control unit with the box device,to realize fine uniform adding seeds,seed plate device can achieve two degree of freedom vibration? realize seeds "boiling” motion,is advantageous for suck device to realize the seeds precision adsorption,seed dropping device can achieve precise seed metering.The seeding device can be used for precision seeding of super rice seeds,the work efficiency can reach more than 309 plates/h.
