摘  要:为研究葵花籽种类、排种盘转速以及排种口角度对勺轮式葵花排种器排种性能的影响,以勺轮式葵花排种器为研究对象,选取大、中、小三种不同尺寸且不同品种的葵花籽粒,四个转速(10rpm、15rpm、20rpm、25rpm)以及两个排种口角度(135°,150°),以排种量、排种均匀性为指标,运用EDEM软件对排种器排种性能进行仿真,结果表明:转速与排种量成正相关,排种口角度和葵花籽粒品种对排种量的影响成负相关;排种均匀性受转速与品种的影响,在一定范围内,排种均匀性随着转速的增加先上升后下降,最佳排种转速为20rpm,且排种均匀性受品种因素影响显著。相同工况下,通过台架试验对仿真结果进行验证,试验数据与仿真数据非常接近,偏差较小,试验结果与仿真结果一致。研究为勺轮式葵花排种器的进一步发展提供理论依据,同时表明,通过离散元方法运用EDEM软件对勺轮式葵花排种器进行动态仿真分析是可行的。In order to study the effects of sun flower seed type seed speed and seed row angle on the seedling performance of spoontype sunflower Metering device,the spoon-type sunflower seed metering device was selected as the research object,selected three different sizes,four rotational speed( 10 rpm,15 rpm,20 rpm,25 rpm) and the two rows of mouths (135°,150°),took the seeding rate and seed uniformity as the index,used EDEM software to carry out the virtual test of seeding performance.The results showed that: Speed and row quantity was positively correlated,row crop angle and sunflower kernel varieties were negatively correlated with row yield.The uniformity of the row was affected by the speed and variety.In a certain range,the distribution uniformity increased firstly and then decreased with the in creasing of rotational speed,the optimum row rotation speed was 20 rpm,and the uniformity of the row was significantly affected by the variety factor.Under the same conditions,the simulation results were verified by bench test,the test and simulation data were very close,the deviation was small,the test results were consistent with the simulation results.The study provided a theoretical basis for the further development of spoon-type sunflower seed metering device,at the same time showed that,through the discrete element method,it was feasible to use EDEM software to simulate the spoon-type sunflower seed metering device.
