摘 要:我国油菜机械化收获割台切割振动大,引起作业效率低、质量差、落粒损失大等一系列问题。针对这些问题,为寻求稳定、高效的切割机构,对国内外可用于油菜收获的不同类型谷物收获切割机构的应用及研究现状总结分析。对在不同传动机构驱动下的割刀各项性能指标进行详细对比,最后提出存在的问题及对今后油菜收割机切割机构的研究方向和建议。Cutting vibration of header of mechanized rapeseed harvesting in China is large,which causes a series of problems,such as low working efficiency,poor quality and large grain drop loss.Aiming at these problems,in order to seek a stable and efficient cutting mechanism,this paper summarized and analyzed the application and research status of different types of cutting mechanisms of grain harvesting which can be used in rape harvest at home and abroad.The performance indexes of the cutters driven by different transmission mechanisms are compared in detail.Finally,the existing problems and the research directions and suggestions on the cutting mechanism of rapeseed harvesters in the future are put forward.
