散粒物料螺旋输送试验台设计

摘　　要：针对目前我国对散粒物料螺旋输送装置研究缺乏的现状,设计一种参数可调散粒物料试验台设计试验台。该试验台可实现对螺旋输送装置转速、螺距、下料口大小等参数的调整,并采集到物料输送过程中螺旋叶片以及输料筒等位置的受力情况。满足不同输送试验的要求;采用先进的数据采集处理系统,对试验数据进行实时采集处理。试验台结构简单,操作方便,为散粒物料螺旋输送装置的设计与研究提供新的试验平台。该试验台转速的调节范围为0～600rpm;可调节螺距有25mm、30mm、35mm、40mm、45mm、50mm六种;下料口的口径调节范围在0～0.25m2。In view of the lack of research on screw conveyor for granular materials in China,a design test-bed for granular materials with adjustable parameters was designed.The test-bed can adjust the rotational speed,pitch and size of the screw conveyor,and collect the force of the screw blade and the feeding barrel in the process of material conveying.To meet the requirements of different transportation tests,advanced data acquisition and processing system is adopted to collect and process the test data in real time.The test-bed is simple in structure and easy to operate,which provides a new test-bed for the design and research of screw conveyor for granular materials.The adjustable range of the rotational speed of the test-bed is 0?600 revolutions per minute;the adjustable pitch is 25 mm、30 mm、35 mm、40 mm、45 mm and 50 mm;and the adjustable range of the outlet is 0-0.25 m^2.
