摘  要:针对离心泵工作环境恶劣、常发生故障以及现有监测系统开发成本高的问题,设计一款基于LabVIEW的离心泵监测系统;该系统监测的离心泵运行状态数据包括振动、噪声、进出口水温、风速、水深及泵安装平面倾角。系统由软件和硬件两大部分组成,采用RS485串口总线和Modbus RTU协议进行通讯,利用传感器、LabVIEW技术实现离心泵运行状态数据的实时监测、动态曲线显示、处理、存储及信号采集故障报警等功能。试验结果表明:系统操作简单、人机交互界面友好、运行稳定,可以实现对离心泵振动、噪声等运行状态监测及信号采集故障报警的功能。In view of the bad working environment of centrifugal pump and the problems such as frequent malfunction,a centrifugal pump monitoring system based on LabVIEW is designed.The operating state data of centrifugal pump monitored by the system inelude vibration,noise,inlet and outlet water temperature,wind speed,waler depth and pump installation plane inclination.The system is composed of two parts: software and hardware.It uses RS485 serial port bus and Modbus RTU protocol to carry on the communication between the lower computer,using the sensor and LabVIEW technology to realize the real time monitoring.dynamic curve display and processing of the running state data of the centrifugal pump.Fault alarm and storage function.The test results show that the system is stable in operation,friendly in man-machine interface and simple in operation.It can realize the function of monitoring the running state of centrifugal pump and alarming the fault.
