摘 要:利用水溶性偶合试剂1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDC)和N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)将3-氨基苯硼酸(ABBA)接枝到棕榈蜡(CW)乳液微球上,得到含苯硼酸官能团的乳液微球(CW-ABBA)。随后,采用硼酸与1,2/1,3-多醇可控相互作用的机理,实现改性棕榈蜡乳液微球在纤维素膜表面的可控吸附并获得物理性能显著提高的改性纤维素膜材料。结果表明,在pH10.5条件下,经改性棕榈蜡乳液微球及聚乙烯醇(PVA)处理后的纤维素膜的水蒸气透过率下降24.2%,拒水性能提高60.2%,拉伸指数提升61.9%,断裂伸长率增大0.4倍。处理后的再生纤维素膜的物理性能得到了显著改善,本方法对于纤维制品的物理性能改善有一定的应用价值。Water-soluble coupling reagent N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) were used to graft 3-aminophenylboronic acid onto carnauba wax latex microspheres for obtaining microspheres with phenylboronic acid functional groups (CW-ABBA). According to the mechanism of controllable interaction between boric acid and 1,2/1,3-polyol, the controllable adsorption of modified carnauba wax latex microspheres on the surface of cellulose membrane was achieved, meanwhile, the treated cellulose membrane materials acquired significant improved physical properties. The results show that at pH of 10.5, the water-vapor transmission rate of modified cellulose membrane is reduced 24.2%, the water repellency, tensile strength and elongation at break are improved 60.2%, 61.9% and 40%, respectively. Hence, the method mentioned above has a potential application value in improvement of the physical properties of fiber products.
