齿墩间距对二级齿墩式消能工消能效率的影响

摘  要:为了进一步了解二级齿墩式消能工的水力特性及消能特性,结合前期对单级齿墩式消能工的研究,选取齿墩数目为4、面积收缩比为0.5的两级体形相同的齿墩开展试验,分析两级齿墩的间距变化对内消能工的影响,试验段有机玻璃管管径D为15.0 cm,齿墩间距分别为2.7D、4.0D、5.3D、6.7D、8.0D。试验结果表明:在试验范围内,两齿墩间的相互影响随间距的增大逐渐减小,间距增大局部阻力系数和消能率增大,过流能力减弱;当齿墩间距超过6.7D时,两齿墩间互不影响,消能率和过流能力基本上不再变化。In order to further understand the hydraulic characteristics and energy dissipation characteristics of the two stage tooth block inner energy dissipater, combined with the previous research on single-stage teeth block inner energy dissipater, the number of tooth block 4 and the area contraction ratio of 0.5 were selected to analyze the influence of the changes of the pitch spacing of two tooth to the two stage tooth block inner energy dissipater. The pitch spacing between the two stage tooth block were 2.7D,4.0D,5.3D,6.7D and 8.0D. The results show that in the tested ranges, the interaction between two teeth block decreases with the increase of pitch spacing, when the pitch spacing increasing, the energy dissipation rate and the local resistance coefficient are increased and the conveyance capacity is weakened. When the pitch spacing is more than 100 cm, the two teeth don’t affect each other, the energy dissipation rate and the conveyance capacity are basically no longer change.
