摘 要:本文对SNP检测方法及SNP在动植物物种鉴定、动植物遗传育种、法医物证检验等方面的应用进展进行了综述,指出SNP标记作为第三代分子标记,具有数量多、分布广、遗传稳定等特点,近年来该技术发展迅速,在分子遗传学、动植物遗传育种学、法医物证学以及疾病诊断和治疗等方面都有着广泛的应用前景。SNP marker as the third generation molecular marker,it has the characteristics of large quantity,wide distribution and stable heredity.The technology has developed rapidly in recent years and has been widely used in molecular genetics,animal and plant genetics and breeding,forensic biology and disease diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,SNP detection methods and advances in the application of SNP in animal and plant species identification,animal and plant genetic breeding and forensic evidence testing are reviewed.
