中国能源企业对“一带一路”沿线国家OFDI的风险分析及对策

摘　　要："一带一路"沿线国家的能源资源较为丰富,我国与"一带一路"沿线国家在能源领域形成了比较优势,与其有巨大的合作空间。通过分析中国能源企业OFDI的现状,分别介绍了投资规模、投资地区和投资主体,在此基础上从投资东道国和母国两个角度分别分析了能源行业对外直接投资的不同风险,并根据不同的风险提出了相应的对策建议。Countries along"the Belt And Road Initiative"are rich in energy resources.China and these countries have formed a comparative advantage in the field of energy and have a huge space for cooperation.The article analyzes the current situation of OFDI in China’s energy industry,and introduces the investment scale,investment region and investment subject respectively.Secondly,on the basis of this,the different risks of foreign direct investment in the energy industry are analyzed from the perspectives of the host country and the home country.Finally,according to different risks put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
