论契约精神对我国法治政府建设的现实意义

摘　　要：契约精神是自由、平等、权利等民主思想的源泉,是现代民主与法治的基石,契约精神所倡导的自由平等、诚信守信、公平公正等价值取向,与法治政府的核心价值观高度契合,契约精神也是有限政府建设的理论依据与诚信政府建设的核心要素,因而,弘扬契约精神对我国法治政府建设具有重要的现实意义。The contract spirit is the source of democratic ideas such as freedom, equality and rights, and the cornerstone of modern democracy and rule of law. The value orientation of freedom, equality, honesty and trustworthiness, fairness and justice advocated by the spirit of contract is highly consistent with the core values of the rule-of-law government. The spirit of contract is also the theoretical basis of the construction of limited government and the core element of the construction of the rule-of-law government. Therefore, we should carry forward the essence of contract, which is of great practical significance to the construction of China’s rule-of-law government.
