摘　　要：目的 探讨连续血液净化救治危重患儿的护理措施。方法 选取2016年1月至2018年6月我院儿科重症监护病房(ICU)收治进行连续性血液净化的危重患儿152例患儿作为研究对象,归纳总结血液净化治疗危重患儿的护理措施。结果 152例患儿中治愈137例,放弃7例,死亡8例。血液净化的临床有效率达90. 13%。血液净化中患儿并发症主要为深静脉置管吸壁、贫血和滤器凝血。结论 血液净化治疗危重患儿临床效果满意,有效的护理干预措施能更好地配合医师完成治疗。Objective To explore the nursing measures for continuous blood purification in critically ill children.Methods To select 152 cases of children with critically ill undergoing continuous blood purification in ICU of our hospital’s pediatric department from January 2016 to June 2018 as the study subjects.The nursing measures for the treatment of critically ill children with blood purification were summarized.Results Among the 152 children,a total of 137 cases were cured,7 cases abandoned the cure,and 8 cases died.The clinical effective of blood purification reached 90.13%.The complications of blood purification were mainly deep venous catheter wall suction,anemia and filter coagulation.Conclusion Applying blood purification for critically ill children has satisfactory clinical results.The effective nursing interventions can cooperate with physicians better to complete treatment for the children.
