摘  要:[目的]为了实现电力推进船舶电能质量的船基和岸基远程无线监视,[方法]设计一种基于物联网技术的新型电能质量监视系统,由感知层、全船无线传输层、广域网无线传输层、全船无线监视层、广域网云端监视层组成。首先,通过感知层的智能电能参数测量仪和高精度传感器采集电能质量数据,然后经由基于Mod?bus TCP/IP设计的全船无线传输层和广域网无线传输层,分别传输至全船无线监视层中基于STM32 MCU设计的无线手持监视端和基于Matlab设计的上位机监视端,以及广域网云端监视层中基于WebAccess设计的云端监视系统,最终实现远程无线监视。[结果]通过船舶电力推进实验系统,验证了该监视系统的有效性、实用性和灵活性。[结结论]研究成果可为全船不同区域、岸基监管机构、设备维护部门等提供电能质量的大数据支持。[Objectives]To realize the ship-based and shore-based remote wireless monitoring of power quality of electric propulsion ship,[Methods]a new type of electric power quality monitoring system based on Internet of Things(IoT)technology is designed,which consists of perception layer,ship-side wireless transmission layer,Wide Area Network(WAN)wireless transmission layer,ship-wide wireless monitoring layer and WAN cloud monitoring layer.The power quality data collected by intelligent power quality parameter measuring instruments and high precision sensors in perception layer is transmitted by the ship-wide wireless transmission layer based on the Modbus TCP/IP design and the WAN wireless transmission layer to the wireless handheld monitoring terminal based on STM32 MCU design and the upper PC monitoring terminal based on Matlab design in the ship-wide wireless monitoring layer and to the cloud monitoring system based on WebAccess design in the WAN cloud monitoring layer,thus realizing remote wireless monitoring.[Results]Finally,effectiveness,practicality and flexibility of the system are verified by the ship electric propulsion experiment system.[Conclusions]The system can provide power quality big data support for personnel in different areas of the whole ship and shore-based supervision admistrations and equipment maintenance services.
