摘　　要：麻醉机易被微生物污染,且其内呼吸回路需反复使用,如消毒不当,则可能造成患者之间的交叉感染。为了规范麻醉机内呼吸回路的消毒及灭菌的方法,中国心胸血管麻醉学会围术期感染控制分会成立了专家工作组,在多次讨论和修改后,制订出首版"麻醉机内呼吸回路消毒及灭菌的指导建议",欢迎读者提出意见和建议。The anesthesia machine is easily contaminated by microorganisms, the internal breathing circuit is used repeatedly, and improper disinfection may cause cross-infection.To standardize the method of disinfection and sterilization of the internal breathing circuit in the anesthesia machines, Perioperative Infection Control Society of Chinese Society of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesiology established an expert task force.The first edition of the recommendations was developed after numerous discussions and revisions.Opinions and suggestions are warmly welcome.
