摘　　要：目的探讨三种不同类型新发LBBB的心电图特征。方法比较三种新发LBBB患者的心电图胸导联max S/T指数及Tp-Te间期。结果经导管主动脉瓣置换术后新发LBBB的maxS/T指数最大,Tp-Te间期居中;急性心肌梗死伴新发LBBB的maxS/T指数居中,Tp-Te间期最大;新发疼痛性LBBB的maxS/T指数最小,Tp-Te间期最小。结论胸导联maxS/T指数及Tp-Te间期为不同类型新发LBBB的鉴别提供了一个提示点,特别是以胸痛为主要症状的新发LBBB即急性心肌梗死伴新发LBBB与新发疼痛性LBBB心电图特征的对比研究提供了一个方向。Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram characteristics of three types of new LBBB.Methods The max S/T index and Tp-Te interval of electrocardiogram in precordial leads of three new LBBB patients were compared.Results The maxS/T index was the highest and the Tp-Te interval was in the middle of the new LBBB after transcatheter aortic valve replacement.The maxS/T index was in the middle,and the Tp-Te interval was the largest of the new LBBB with acute myocardial infarction.The maxS/T index and Tp-Te interval were the lowest of new LBBB with painful LBBB.Conclusions The maxS/T index and Tp-Te interval of the precordial leads provide a plue for differentiating different types of new LBBB,especially for the new LBBB with chest pain as the main symptom,that is,acute myocardial infarction with new LBBB and new painful LBBB.
