摘　　要：目的探讨新疆维吾尔族与汉族患者心率变异性有无差异。方法资料选自2016年1月～2017年12月于我院行动态心电图检查的健康体检患者243例。按照患者族别分为2组:汉族组143例;维吾尔族组:100例。各组年龄构成比、男女比例无统计学差异。所有患者均进行24h心率变异性检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果维吾尔族受试者心率变异性SDNN值与RMSSD值较汉族受试者均降低。结论 24h心率变异性部分指标在两民族之间有差异。Objective To investigate the differences of heart rate variability between Uygur and Han patients in Xinjiang.Methods data from 243 patients who underwent dynamic electrocardiogram examination in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.In accordance with the nationality were patients divided into 2 groups:the Han nationality group 143 cases;Xinjiang Uygur group 100 cases.There was no significant difference in age composition and ratio of male and female.All patients underwent 24 hours of detection of heart rate variability,and to analyze the test results.Results The heart rate variability SDNN value and RMSSD value of Uygur subjects were lower than that of Han subjects.Conclusions There was a difference between Uygur and Han patients in the 24-hour heart rate variability.
