摘  要:针对当前工业生产过程中普遍采用的低浓度氨氮废水脱氮方法脱氮效果不佳的问题,提出了基于电化学处理的低浓度氨氮废水脱氮方法,在分析氨氮废水来源及其危害的基础上,选取合适的实验仪器、试剂,设计实验装置,采用电化学氧化脱氮方法,通过配置不同初始浓度的氨氮废水,测试不同初始浓度氨氮废水、不同电流密度以及不同氯离子浓度对工业废水中氨氮和总氮浓度降解效果的影响,测试结果显示,在废水初始氨氮浓度为20 mg/L时,电解能耗最小,降解废水中每克氨氮仅需要消耗0.87 kWh;废水中氨氮和总氮降解能耗随着电流密度的增大而上升,电流效率则随着电流密度的增大而下降;电化学氧化脱氮过程中废水中氨氮和总氮的降解基本符合反应动力学准零级标准。Aiming at the problem of poor nitrogen removal in the low-concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater denitrification method commonly used in the current industrial production process, a method for denitrification of low-concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater based on electrochemical treatment is proposed. Based on the analysis of the sources and hazards of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater, appropriate experimental instruments and reagents were selected to design the experimental device, electrochemical oxidative denitrification method, through the configuration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater with different initial concentrations, test different initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater, different current density and different chloride ion concentration The effect of degradation of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen concentration in industrial wastewater, the test results show that when the initial ammonia nitrogen concentration of wastewater is 20 mg/L, the energy consumption of electrolysis is the smallest, only 0.87 kWh per gram of ammonia nitrogen in degraded wastewater;ammonia nitrogen and total in wastewater The energy consumption of nitrogen degradation increases with the increase of current density, and the current efficiency decreases with the increase of current density. The degradation of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in wastewater during electrochemical oxidative denitrification basically conforms to the quasi-zero level of reaction kinetics.
