摘 要:曲轴作为汽车发动机的主要部件之一,对其加工精度要求高,为此针对曲轴磨削加工过程中容易出现的误差现象进行分析.介绍曲轴连杆颈的磨削原理,并结合生产实际对连杆轴颈相位夹角进行计算和测量分析,以4105型曲轴为例,对连杆轴颈偏磨、曲拐半径误差、分度误差、平行度误差等几种常见连杆轴颈磨削位置误差问题进行分析,提出相应的判断和解决方法,可避免磨削误差的产生,有效降低曲轴制造成本.As one of the primary parts of automobile engine,crankshafts have a high requirement for machining accuracy.The paper analyzed the error phenomenon in the process of crankshaft grinding.There is an introduction of grinding principle of the crankshaft pin,and also calculation and measurement analysis of the phase angle of crankshaft rod journal in combination with production practice.Taking Type 4105 crankshaft as an example,this paper analyzes several common errors in grinding position of rod journal,such as eccentric wear of rod journal,error of the radius of crank,indexing error,parallelism error.The paper also makes corresponding judge and gives solutions to avoid the error of grinding and reduce the cost of crankshaft production.
