辽宁省田径裁判员现状调查研究

摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对辽宁省田径裁判现状进行分析,发现了辽宁省田径裁判员队伍年龄结构不合理、男女比例失调、裁判员参加高水平比赛锻炼学习的机会少、基层田径裁判员数量少、田径裁判员外语水平低等问题。针对上述问题给出合理化建议,以期更好地促进辽宁省田径裁判员队伍健康有序发展。Through the investigation methods of questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,the paper analyzed the current situation of track and field referees of Liaoning province and discovered that the age structure of track and field referees in Liaoning province is inappropriate,the gender ratio is unbalanced,the chances to participate high-level competitions are scarce,the number of basic level referees is slight,and the level of foreign language is poor,etc.To settle the problems,rationalization proposals were provided in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of track and field referee team in Liaoning province.
