摘 要:钻柱与井壁接触可能导致反向涡动。为研究底部钻具组合(BHA)在反向涡动过程中的振动响应,开发了反向涡动试验机。通过解析模型和有限元模型预测了BHA动态响应,并用试验结果进行了验证。?171. 45 mm BHA在?215. 9 mm井眼中的试验结果显示,光滑井眼和不连续井眼中BHA的侧向加速度范围分别为20g~30g和40g~50g,均方根值分别为3. 01g和7. 28g。从功率谱可以看出,不连续井眼显示了高达200 Hz的更大频率范围,而光滑井眼显示了不同的频率峰值。分析结果表明:光滑和不连续井眼情况下,反向涡动可能发生于摩擦接触,而且与光滑井眼相比,不连续井眼产生了更大频率范围的动态载荷;经过验证的模型可有效预测反向涡动现象和系统响应。研究结果可为国内BHA设计和应用提供参考。Contact between the drill string and the wellbore may result in backward whirl. The backward whirl testing machine was developed to study the vibration response of BHA(bottomhole assembly) during backward whirl. The dynamic response of BHA was predicted by analytical model and finite element model, and was verified by testing results. The test results of 171.45 mm BHA in 215.9 mm wellbore show that the lateral acceleration range of BHA in smooth wellbore and discontinuous wellbore is 20 g ~30 g and 40 g ~50 g , respectively, and the root mean square is 3.01 g and 7.28 g , respectively. From the power spectrum, the discontinuous wellbore shows a larger frequency ranges up to 200 Hz, while the smooth wellbore shows different frequency peaks. The analysis results show that in the case of smooth and discontinuous wellbore, backward whirl can occur by frictional contact.The discontinuous wellbore produces dynamic loads in a wider frequency range than in smooth wellbore. The validated model can effectively predict backward whirl phenomena and system response. The study results can provide reference for domestic BHA design and application.
