摘  要:导流片型油水旋流分离器是一种新型井下油水分离器,为了提高其进行超大处理量油水分离时的性能,对导流片进行了结构优化研究。加工了两种结构的导流片,并在室内搭建了试验系统,对油水两相流经导流片的流动规律开展了试验研究。研究结果表明:在相同的入口工况下,油滴经流线型导流片后破碎程度小、平均直径大、迁移运动后所形成的油核较细,油水两相流经流线型导流片所产生的压降要远低于直板型导流片所产生的压降。因此,在超大处理量时,应优选流线型导流片作为井下油水旋流分离器的起旋结构。The vane-type oil-water cyclone separator is a new type of downhole oil-water separator. To improve the performance of oil-water separation during treatment of super-large volume liquid, the structure optimization of the vane is studied. Two kinds of vane structures were processed.A test system was set up indoors. The flow of the oil-water two-phase flow through the vane was studied. The results show that given the same inlet conditions, the oil droplet through the streamlined vane has a small degree of fragmentation, a large average diameter, and a fine oil core formed after the migration movement. The pressure drop generated by the oil-water two-phase flow through the streamlined vane is much lower than that produced by the straight vane. Therefore, in the case of treating an excessively large volume liquid, a streamlined vane should be preferred as the swirl generating structure of the downhole oil-water cyclone separator.
