摘 要:针对高压管汇应用中出现的非正常损坏状况,以15CrNiMo钢为研究对象,对其采用几种不同的热处理工艺处理后,对比分析其金相组织、硬度和耐磨性。研究结果表明:15CrNiMo钢采用渗碳+等温淬火+低温回火热处理后其工作面可获得下贝氏体+回火马氏体的混合组织,其强度及耐磨性得到显著提高,心部材料仍具有良好的塑性及韧性,从而可提高材料的综合力学性能,延长高压管汇的使用寿命;对15CrNiMo钢进行渗碳处理后其表层含碳质量分数由原来的0. 15%提高到0. 66%~0. 70%,且由表层到内层从高到低逐渐变化,这部分材料已由低碳钢转化为中碳钢,比较适合进行等温淬火,易于产生下贝氏体;对15CrNiMo钢采用渗碳+等温淬火处理后,虽然其在滑动磨损情况下的耐磨性不如回火马氏体钢,但在冲蚀磨损情况下,由于大量贝氏体的存在,且表面存在不同程度的压应力,可有效阻止裂纹的扩散,所以其耐磨性优于回火马氏体。研究结果可为使用高压管汇进行石油和页岩气开采的行业提供一定的理论参考。To address the abnormal damage occurred in the application of high-pressure manifold, 15CrNiMo steel is taken as the research object to comparatively analyze its metallographic structure, hardness and wear resistance after several different heat treatment processes(like carburizing, water quenching, isothermal quenching and low-temperature tempering). The results show that the mixed structure of lower bainite + tempered martensitecan be obtained at the working surface of 15CrNiMo steel by carburizing + isothermal quenching + low temperature tempering heat treatment, which provides significantly improved strength and wear resistance. While it still has good plasticity and toughness at core, which can improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the material and prolong the service life of the high-pressure manifold. The surface carbon content of the 15CrNiMo steel is increased from 0.15% to 0.66%~ 0.70% after carburizing, and gradually changes from high to low from surface to inner layer. This surface part of material has been converted from low carbon steel to medium carbon steel, which is more suitable for isothermal quenching and is easy to produce lower bainite.After carburizing + isothermal quenching treatment of 15CrNiMo steel, although its wear resistance under sliding wears is not as good as that of tempered martensitic steel, but in the case of erosion wear, due to the large amount of bainite and different degrees of compressive stress on the surface, it can effectively hinder the propagation of cracks, so its wear resistance is superior to tempered martensite. The study could provide a theoretical basis for the use of high-pressure manifolds for oil and shale gas development.
