医护患一体化管理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨医护患一体化管理模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月在解放军总医院第六医学中心(原海军总医院)住院的COPD患者126例确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者随机分为常规护理组(36例)和医护患一体化管理组(90例),比较2组患者治疗效果。结果医护患一体化管理组在MRC量表及SGRQ问卷方面均优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论医护患一体化管理模式可改善COPD患者治疗效果,提高患者对慢病的自我管理能力。Objective To investigate the effect of the integrated doctor-nurse-patient management mode on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 126 patients who were confirmed to have COPD were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and the integrated doctor-nurse-patient management group. Therapeutic efficacy was compared between the patients of the 2 groups.Results The scores of MRC scale and SGRQ questionnaire in the integrated doctor-nurse-patient management group were all superior to those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated doctor-nurse-patient management mode could improve therapeutic efficacy of COPD patients, help to improve their self-management of chronic diseases.
