摘  要:为有效的保护和利用绿洲农业及沙漠生态中的瓢虫资源,本文采用定期定点扫网法收集调查古尔班通古特沙漠南缘农田及交错带内各个景观的瓢虫及蚜虫的种群数量,认识其发生规律。采用单因素方差分析的方法,比较了不同景观对瓢虫的保育作用及其内蚜虫对瓢虫数量的影响。结果表明:经鉴定古尔班通古特南缘区域多异瓢虫数量最多(84%);交错带生境瓢虫发生高峰为6月,与交错带内各样点蚜虫发生高峰一致;农田生境内瓢虫与蚜虫数量均于8月达到高峰;植被最为丰富的近农田景观瓢虫数量最高(0.047头/d)。本研究可为交错带植被的保护和利用及绿洲农业的害虫综合治理提供理论依据。To effectively protect and utilize the ladybugs in oasis agriculture and desert, the dynamics of ladybugs in farmland and ecotone in southern marginal zone of Gurbantunggut desert was studied using the fixed-point sampling method once a week in this research. The conservation effects of ladybugs in different landscape and the effects aphids on the number of ladybirds were compared by one-way AN OVA. The results showed that the percentage of Adonia variegate was highest(84%) in the southern border area. In the ecotone, ladybugs peaked in June, and it is consistent with the the peak of aphid in the ecotone. The number of ladybug and aphid in the farmland habitat reached the peak in August. The population of ladybugs(0.047 individual/d) was highest in the farmland. The results can provide the theoretical basis for protection of ecotone plant and IPM in oasis agriculture.
