摘  要:在自主研发的脉冲电源系统中,基于预置值保护方法提出了随动性参比电压比较法作为附加保护策略,通过更改参比电压初始值来调整短路保护系统的敏感度,以适应不同条件下的短路保护响应,同时增加快速释放系统以及时消除两极间的残留电荷。多组工艺实验表明:该电源稳定可靠、响应迅速,短路保护功能可有效防止电路对阴极及工件造成灼伤。On the basis of prevalue protection method in the independent-developed pulse power supply,the following reference voltage comparison method used as an additional protection strategy is proposed,and the initial value of the reference voltage which can be freely corrected to adjust the sensitivity of the short-circuit protection system in order to adapt to the protection response under different conditions. Additionly,the quick release system is added to remove the residual charge in cathode and anode in time. Through groups experimental datas,it can be indicated that the power supply is stable and reliable,and the short-circuit protection function can effectively prevent burns in tools and workpieces to protect the power supply.
