论贾谊《新书》的生成、编纂及流传

摘　　要：《新书》在流传中出现《贾谊》《贾子》《新书》这些异称,《新书》的命名当出自刘向。《新书》的编纂在目前看来还存在争议,最初很可能出自贾谊门徒或者其后人之手,不过其原初形态则难以详查。今本《新书》在流传过程中虽然经历比较曲折地改编,但在很大程度上还是体现了贾谊著述的真实状况,它主要由《事势》《连语》《杂事》三部分组成,它们的生成方式及功能并不一样。《事势》收录的是贾谊上呈汉文帝的疏文,而《连语》《杂事》大部分内容是以教材身份存在的。与《事势》完全出自贾谊本人撰写不同,《连语》《杂事》的生成方式是多样化的,大体有四种方式:一是贾谊亲自撰写;二是就某一具体篇目而言,一部分源自编纂,一部分可能是贾谊撰写的;三是贾谊纯粹采用编纂方式完成的;四是出自门人的编纂。Different titles, such as "Jiayi","Jiazi" and "Xinshu", appeared in the circulatio n of the treatise of "Xinshu" which was suggested to be entitled by Liu Xiang. The compilation of "Xinshu" is still controversial at present. Initially the treatise was likely to be compiled by Jia Yi's disciples or his descendants, but its original form is difficult to examine in detail. Although the present version of "Xinshu" has undergone a rather tortuous process of reorganization and adaptation in its circulation, to a large extent, it actually reflects the political and educational insights of Jia Yi's writings."Xinshu" mainly consists of three parts:"Shishi","Lianyu" and "Zashi" being generated and functioning in different ways."Shishi" contains Jia Yi's memorials submitted to Emperor Wen of the Han Dynasty, while Lianyu and Zashi are mostly written as textbooks. Unlike "Shishi", which was written entirely by Jia Yi himself,"Lianyu" and "Zashi" were produced in diverse ways, generally including: firstly, written by Jia Yi himself;Secondly, as far as a specific text is concerned, partly compiled and partly probably written by Jia Yi;thirdly, compiled by Jia Yi;and fourthly, compiled by his disciples.
