发动机试验室进气系统的优化设计

摘　　要：由于进气空调性能和进气系统结构对发动机动力性能、经济性能和排放有明显的影响,从满足发动机充气效率和减少试验条件干扰的角度出发,本文提出了进气空调选型和进气管结构的改进设计方案,为新型现代化发动机试验室设计提供依据。试验结果表明:优化设计后的进气系统,能代表发动机实际运行条件。The intake air conditioning performance and air intake system structure have significant effect on the engine power performance,fuel economy and emissions.From the perspective of satisfying the engine air inlet efficiency and reducing the interference from test conditions,the paper proposes an improved design scheme for intake air conditioning type selection and intake pipe structure,which provides a basis for the new type of modern engine test chamber design.Test results show that the optimized design of the intake system can represent the actual operating conditions of the actual engine.
