双官能度单组分二苯甲酮类光引发剂的合成及引发活性研究

摘  要:以4-(2-羟基乙氧基)二苯甲酮(4-BP)、丙烯酰氯和无水哌嗪为原料合成了一种双官能度单组分夺氢型光引发剂(4-BPAcPA)。通过红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确认了结构;用UV分光光度仪研究了其紫外吸收、光解和迁移行为;用实时红外研究了光聚合动力学。结果表明:4-BPAcPA紫外吸收行为与4-BP相似,但摩尔消光系数是4-BP的2.17倍,光解速率快,迁移率仅为4-BP/EDAB体系的10%,引发HDDA效率的提高也意味着4-BPAcPA是一种能够单独引发体系聚合的高活性光引发剂。A 1K bifunctional benzophenone photoinitiator(4-BPAcPA)is prepared using 4-(2-hydroxy ethoxy)benzophenone(4-BP),acroleyl chloride and piperazine as raw materials.Its structure is determined by FT-IR and 1HNMR spectroscopy.The UV absorption,degradation performance and migration properties of 4-BPAcPA are studied by UV-vis absorption spectra.Real-time infrared spectroscopy(RT-IR)is used to investigate the kinetics of photopolymerization.The results show that the UV absorption behavior of 4-BPAcPA is similar to 4-BP,but the molar extinction coefficient is 2.17 times than that of 4-BP,meanwhile,the rate of photodegradation is faster and the migration rate is only 1/10 of 4-BP/EDAB system.The improvement of HDDA-initiating efficiency also means that 4-BPAcPA is a high active photoinitiator which can independently initiate the polymerization of the system.
